Prerequisites
- Site Collection Administrator.
- The SharePoint server must be accessible from your migration server.
Connection Details
- Connection name: Provide a unique name for this new source connection. This connection will be available in the Connections screen and can be reused across projects. The name can be used to identify the connection.
- Admin details: The username of the site collection administrator.
- Admin password: The password for the specified site collection administrator.
- Domain: The domain name for the SharePoint server.
- SharePoint version: The version of your SharePoint server.
- SharePoint URL: The base site url where your Team Sites reside.
- Test SharePoint site path and library title: The Team Site and library title within SharePoint to test 'path to site/document-site-library-name'. The admin account entered above should already be added as a site collection administrator.
- My Sites URL: The base site URL where your My Sites reside.
- Central administration URL: The URL for the SharePoint Central Administration web application.
The Central administration URL is optional. However, if you wish to automatically get the Team Sites from the source, this is required.
