Administrate

To access the Administrate screen, you can click on the "Advanced" tab and select "Administrate".

On the Administrate screen, you have the ability to add, view, and edit the individuals who are granted access to your Migrate environment.

It is important to note that any user who is added will be given complete administrative privileges within the environment. This means they will have the ability to modify existing projects, connections, and batches, as well as initiate migrations. However, they will not have the capability to invite other users or access the Administrate option. These privileges are exclusive to the Primary Account, who is the user that initially installed CloudM Migrate self-hosted or registered CloudM Migrate Hosted for the domain using the provided access token from CloudM.

The Administrate screen will include all of the below for each user.

  • First Name - First name provided for the user.
  • Last Name - Last name provided for the user.
  • Email - Email address provided for the user. This is the email address the user should provide when logging into the environment.
  • Phone - Phone number provided for the user.
  • Active - This information will provide details about the user's status. An unlocked lock symbolizes that the user is currently active, while a locked lock symbolizes that the user is currently locked.
  • Address - Address provided for the user.
