Source Connections Tab

Upon accessing your project, you will be directed to the project page. This page serves as the central hub for your migration batches as well as other functionalities, including reporting and environment scans.

The "Source Connections" tab is where all your batches are located. They are organized into sections based on the source platforms you have added to the migration project. Within each source platform section, you will find a list of batches.

The following section provides an overview of the supplementary functionalities that are accessible on this page.

Add Source Connection

You have the option to add additional source connections to your project if you would like to migrate to the same destination from another source. To accomplish this, click on the "Add Source Connection" button and follow the steps outlined in the article below for adding a connection.

By selecting this button, you have the ability to add a new migration batch to your project. Further details regarding this process are outlined in the article below.

Environment Scan

By selecting this option, you will be able to conduct an environment scan at the source platform level. You have the ability to choose the specific entity types you want to scan for, as well as select the desired date ranges for the scan.

Filter Migration Batches

Within each source platform, there is the option to utilize filters in order to refine the list. The following article provides a more detailed explanation of this functionality.

Licensing Status

The button located in the upper right corner will indicate the licensing status of the project. In the event that the project is unlicensed, you have the option to click on this button and enter the license key in order to license the project.

In this section, you have the ability to customize alerts for your migration batches.

Clear Migration History

By clicking on the ellipsis located in the top right corner, you will be presented with the option to clear the migration history. This action will remove the history for all items in the project. As a result, Migrate will attempt to process all source items again. It is important to note that duplicate data will not be created in the destination.

Clear Authentication Tokens

By selecting the ellipsis icon situated in the upper right corner, you will be provided with the choice to remove platform Authentication Tokens. This action will clear any cached authentication tokens associated with your users throughout your project. This feature is exclusively accessible on specific platforms, and the available options will vary depending on the platforms used in your project.
